Terms of Service

My services include space editing, organizing, heirloom curation, transition support, and essential document preparation. All services are outlined in writing before we begin.

Scope of Services

I provide practical, emotionally intelligent support. I do not provide therapy, legal advice, medical advice, hazardous waste removal, or heavy lifting beyond safe limits.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise noted. Checks may be made out to Futrprüf LLC. Sliding‑scale and custom packages are available.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance with no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No‑shows are billed in full.Write your text here...

Transitions & Tender Topics

I work with clients navigating loss, aging‑in‑place, downsizing, and major life transitions. I am not a therapist, and my services are not a substitute for mental‑health care.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide access to the space

• Ensure walkways are safe

• Participate in decision‑making

• Share any safety concerns

• Supervise pets and children

Handling of Belongings

You remain the owner of all items and make all final decisions. I do not appraise items, guarantee resale value, or handle hazardous materials.

Donation, Disposal & Resale

I support eco‑conscious donation. Resale outcomes depend on market dynamics and cannot be guaranteed.

Third‑Party Providers

I may refer or coordinate movers, cleaners, or specialists. Futrprüf LLC and SpāceLift are not liable for their actions or pricing.

Safety Limitations

I do not lift unsafe weights or work in environments with mold, pests, or structural hazards.
